Procrastination

I'm bad at plans. I'm good at thinking about the things I should be doing, but not at actually doing them. I should pack. I've been saying that for 3 days. I'll pack tomorrow, I swear.

You say goodbye, I say hello...

Sorry, too much Beatles Rockband lately I guess. Anyway, so many of you have expressed interest in hearing from me while I'm traveling, seeing my pictures, and basically verifying that I'm still alive (I'll be fine!) that I've decided to start a blog. Way easier than tons of emails. I've never been very good at writing for public consumption, so I'm not promissing anything! But I should be able to update you from time to time with where I am, what I'm up to, and to share a few of the many pictures I'm sure I'll be taking. I leave a week from now, so this next week will be for packing my bag and tying up loose ends. After that, it's 12 hours to South Korea, a day there, and another 5 hours to Bangkok, Thailand the following day. Once I'm there, we'll see what turns up!
